Charbagh Station was built in 1914 by Architect J.H. Hornimen and opened to the public on 21 March 1914. Its previous name was Oudh and Rohilkhand Railways / East India Railway Company. Now, it comes in Northern Railway Zone, Lucknow NR railway division. It has 11 ( 4 under construction ) platforms and 26 tracks.
